If you want an update on my life, here it is:
I got all A's for the last semester and I am SO PROUD of myself. This is the first time since about the third grade that I got all A's for a semester.
I'm acting in a community theatre play. I have a pretty big part - the prosecution attorney in a courtroom drama! It's definitely difficult, but I'm not doing too bad at it.
I'm trying to start up an anime club at my school. A week from last Thursday I submitted the application, and the vice principal says she'll probably get us an answer this coming week. Finally!! I feel like I've been waiting for my baby to come home!
I'm planning an actual birthday party this year. Nothing fancy, just going bowling then playing DDR and such, but it looks to be fun. Still have to work out the guest list though...who would have ever thought I'd be popular-ish? Among geeks, yeah, but I'd rather have geeks than preps.
Apricot-chan had a baby. His name is Alexander John Orion, and he's actually pretty cute, for a little critter. He was born December 29th.
I'm puttering along in my cosplay efforts, and I might even get two done for MTAC. Maybe two and a half, if I ever get my dress form. (Teen Angst Hello Kitty's waist is too big for me!)
No, not the time where I re-read Deep Secret for the twelfth time (though it IS around now, it's not worth a blog entry about it). It's time for another cosplay!

It's Elgala from the Excel Saga manga! The beautiful bourgeoise with the strange hair. (Please note it is often more purple, this image is just a bit off-color in that regard.)
I've already ordered my wig and extensions, and the other bits and pieces will come later, as I finish the parts before them. I'm not revealing my Secret Method for making the costume until after I finish and present it this time, though. =p
